Transport
Many airlines fly to Bangkok directly or via a stopover You can find cheap flights at
Günstige Flüge findest du bei skyscanner.de
The cheapest way to get around Bangkok is to use public transport, preferably the Metro (MRT) or the Skytrain (BTS) to avoid traffic jams.
Of course you can also take a taxi, but make sure that the taximeter is switched on.
TukTuks are also typical for Bangkok, but unfortunately the prices are too high here too. You negotiate the price with the driver before you start your journey. As a guide, I recommend the GRAB app, so you have a clue for the price and you can also use it to order a driver.
Hotel
In Bangkok you can find really great hotels at very reasonable prices. It is best to look for one with good public transport connections.
I can recommend the Ibis Styles Sukhumvit and the Quarter Ari by UHG Both have great rooftop pools and the BTS station is only 5 minutes away.
